LinQ alliance turns profit

LinQ alliance in the UK is able to be profitable when 3PLs are struggling.

National logistics service provider LinQ alliance has turned a profit the past year compared to 3PL’s which have been struggling.

The LinQ alliance, which started 4 years ago by the combining of 25 leading transportation and distribution companies, has “achieved an 89% year over year increase in turnover.”  The alliance provides supply chain management services and worldwide distribution services.  Companies use the LinQ alliance instead of a 3PL.

Within the UK LinQ alliance there are over 2,000 vehicles and 3,600 trailers for the 47 centers which provide distribution, transportation, warehousing and value added services.
