LTL and TL rates increase

UPS Freight will be increasing its rates on February 4th, and FedEx Freight and FedEx National will increase their rates on January 14th.

UPS Freight, on February 4th, will increase their rates for shipments within the US and Canada by an average of 5.4% to customers who do not have a contract with them. The rate increase will affect both Truckload (TL) and Less-than-Truckload (LTL) rates. 

Last month FedEx Freight and FedEx National announced a 5.5% increase on their TL and LTL rates, which will take affect on January 14th.
