Worldwide Flight Service to purchase majority of British Airway Regional Cargo

The deal should be completed in early March between WFS and BARC

Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) will increase its position in the air cargo business within the UK after they purchase a majority of the shares of British Airways Regional Cargo (BARC).  The deal should be official in early March.  They will own 60%, while the other 40% will be owned by British Airways.  WFS hopes to not only improve its presence within the UK but also within the United States.
