Nation’s largest off-shore wind farm is proposed to obey thirst of energy

The Lufeng Municipal Government and Guangdong Baolihua New Energy Stock Co., Ltd. will sponsor to build the nation’s largest off-shore wind farm in Guangdong Province. The wind farm will cover 240 square kilometers of sea area, and 1.25 million kilowatts of power is expected. An 8 million supercritical power plant and a dock construction project are also included in the plan. 

The local government said that “the facility is expected to ‘relieve the energy pressure and optimize the energy structure’ in the booming province.”
