UPS Freight Extends Reliability Guarantee to Canada

With the increase cross-border volume, the UPS Freight announced that on June 30 for less-than-truckload shipments it will guarantee delivery to Canada.

The increase in market demand and tough competition, companies are looking to differentiate themselves from the competitors.  UPS Freight has made an announcement that they will guarantee shipments to Canada for customers who ship using the current UPS Freight UPGF525 tariff. 

"The reliability guarantee is a direct result of UPS's experience with freight, brokerage and customs clearance as well as our in-bond freight expertise," said Rick Smith, UPS Freight's Director-Canada. "It's also a clear sign to our customers of the confidence we have in the changes made at UPS Freight."

UPS know very well for its services in the parcel business, is making positive strides to achieve new levels in performance in its freight service division.
