LTL alliance being dissolved in 2008.

Estes Express Lines and Lakeville Motor Express LTL alliance will be dissolving in 2008. Estes will be opening up terminals throughout the US and be offering a national service.

The LTL market is a competitive market and there will be another competitor added in 2008. With additional carriers in the market there may be an opportunity to negotiate a better contract.

Estes Express Lines alliance with Lakeville Motor Express will be dissolved March 1st 2008. Estes will be opening terminals in five states and will be establishing a footprint in all 50 states. Lakeville Motor Express will work with another group. Estes will continue to use TST overland in Canada.
