Trucker strike in Italy suspended

The Italian government submitted a new proposal which caused the union to suspend the strike while they consider the proposal.

Truck drivers in Italy suspended the strike to consider the government’s proposal on decreasing the price of fuel.  Even with the strike suspended, the effects are still being felt throughout the country.  Gas stations may not receive fuel till Friday and the system will take a few days to return to normal.
