China not exporting enough?

China has always been the top leader with the highest export volume. Yet the amount only accounts for less than 2 percent in the United Nations purchase orders.

United Nation has expressed interest to increase the number of purchase orders from China. According to the article, the causes of the current situation are contributed from “the inefficiency of governmental coordination, impasse of necessary purchase channels, as well as the lack of tax-free storehouses” To resolve the issue, the procurement organizations of the United Nations will begin establish partnership relationships with Chinese suppliers.
