Manchester City Council will launch IT system to teach residents about becoming green

The Manchester City Council, with the support from the <country-region w:st="on" /><place w:st="on" />UK</place /></country-region /> central government and the EU’s e-inclusion initiative, will officially launch an IT system to coach and motivate residents to monitor and reduce their carbon emission. This is also a response to the government’s Digital Challenge to demonstrate that the use of technology can improve social conditions and residents’ environmental behavior.
